Listen to the whole Bible
Every chapter of the ESV, Genesis to Revelation, is ready to play. The text on screen highlights each word as it is spoken, so you can read along or look away.
Set the speed from 0.5x to 2.5x. At the normal pace the whole Bible takes about 82.5 hours, or roughly 14 minutes a day for a year.
Ask without stopping to type
A normal audio Bible keeps talking when you lose the thread. With Berean, hold the mic and ask: who is this, what does this word mean, why does he say that. The answer is spoken aloud and names the verses it uses.
In hands-free mode Berean listens for your voice, so you can ask while you walk, drive, or wash the dishes.
Listen anywhere
Download a book in Settings and listening works with no signal. Narration keeps playing with the screen locked and shows on your lock screen like any audio app.
